International routes: start with the destination region
VPNOPT covers 90+ countries with 170+ routes. Before choosing a route, check which regions the service you use supports, then compare performance on your local network. A nearby location is not necessarily the best fit for every app.
| Country or region | City | Route type | Streaming guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore | Singapore | IEPL dedicated | Check the platform’s regional availability |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | Relay | The platform’s actual catalog is definitive |
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL dedicated | For Japan-region content, also check account eligibility and licensing restrictions |
| United States | Los Angeles | Direct | Check account region and platform policies |
| Italy | Milan | Relay | Check the platform for its current catalog and available video quality |
Route type is a starting point for comparison, not a verdict on performance
IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct describe different network paths. When comparing routes, try Singapore or Tokyo IEPL dedicated routes alongside a Hong Kong relay, using the same device and app at similar times. For remote work, focus on session continuity; for streaming, watch for repeated buffering. The region name alone cannot tell you which route is right.
AI tools, cross-border stores, and remote-work systems may also check account region, access origin, or organizational policies. For an active session that is working normally, keep the region consistent. If you see an access notice, read the platform’s stated reason before switching routes. A successful client connection only means the network tunnel is established; it does not grant eligibility for a third-party account.
Route status reference
Status indicators are provided as a reference when choosing a route; they do not guarantee end-to-end app performance or availability on third-party platforms.
The route list shown in your account panel is the current source of truth. If your connection differs, note the platform, selected region, and exact message, then visit the support page to learn how to report it.
Download desktop and mobile apps
Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get apps and subscription details from the account panel; download links are not provided on marketing pages. No email required—use a username and password to create an account.
Sign in to get apps and subscription details. Downloads are available after signing in, except for iOS, which requires an active plan. Manage app downloads and subscriptions in the same account panel.
Install, import, verify—in that order
Once in the account panel, choose the app for your device’s operating system and follow the system prompts to install it. On first launch, you may be asked to allow network configuration or grant related permissions; first check the app source and the details of the prompt. Then return to the panel to get your subscription and import it into the app. Being signed in, having the app installed, and having an active subscription are separate steps; completing one does not mean the whole setup is done.
After importing, check that the route list appears. Choose a route that meets the destination service’s regional requirements, then test it in the app you actually use. Browser access does not mean command-line tools, developer tools, or background tasks use the same network path. If only one program cannot connect, check its network settings first rather than immediately reinstalling the client or changing settings on every device.
What to keep when switching devices
Keep your account sign-in details and confirm that you can access the account panel. Get your subscription from your own panel; do not copy details from someone else’s screenshot. If the old device works but the new one does not, check whether the subscription is up to date, system permissions have been granted, and the app is using the expected connection method.
Unlimited simultaneous devices make it easy to switch between operating systems, but your data allowance still depends on your plan. When moving to a new device, verify the connection there before changing the client on your old device.
Read the full setup guide →Monthly plans and non-expiring data packs
Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month, with data resetting monthly on your activation date. Data packs remain available until used up and never expire. The main difference is how data is allocated—not how many devices can be online at once.
60GB monthly plan
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for text, web browsing, and occasional AI tool use. If you stream video or transfer files often, consider your actual data usage before choosing.
- 60GB, resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited devices online at once
- Quantum encryption
- 30-day money-back guarantee
250GB monthly plan
¥18 / month
A good fit for alternating between work resources and everyday streaming. When sharing across devices, account for data use on both desktop and mobile to plan your allowance.
- 250GB, resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited devices online at once
- Quantum encryption
- 30-day money-back guarantee
500GB monthly plan
¥28 / month
A good fit for extended streaming, file transfers, or frequent use across multiple devices. The larger allowance provides more data; it is not a guarantee that any particular app will be available.
- 500GB, resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited devices online at once
- Quantum encryption
- 30-day money-back guarantee
For occasional use, choose a total data allowance
Data packs last until used up and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. A good fit if your usage is irregular and you prefer to pay for data as you use it. This is billed differently from a plan that resets monthly, so consider whether you use the service regularly before choosing.
Consider data, billing period, and app eligibility separately
Text conversations, video streaming, and file syncing use very different amounts of data. Similar time spent does not mean similar data use. When choosing for the first time, list your usual tasks and check actual usage in the account panel. Higher video quality and more frequent background syncing use more data. Unlimited devices solves the question of simultaneous device access; it does not mean unlimited data across all devices.
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on a shared calendar-month schedule. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days; check the selected plan and order in the account panel before making changes. Data packs, by contrast, last until used up and never expire. These are different rules, so check the panel for the specific plan and order details.
Payment and refund terms
Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. A 30-day money-back guarantee is available. Before paying, confirm the plan name, data allowance, and billing method; afterward, check the order status in the account panel. If the status has not updated yet, review the order history before contacting support to avoid confusion from repeating the action.
A network subscription is separate from third-party app memberships, content licensing, and account reviews. If you mainly want to use a particular AI tool, watch specific titles, or access a work system, check its requirements before purchasing. Refund requests are handled through account-panel tickets. See the terms of service for details, and do not post account or subscription information publicly.
