Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNOPT handles account, transaction, and technical data when providing its website, user panel, and network acceleration subscriptions. Website analytics and data processed during accelerated connections are explained separately and are not treated as browsing history. See the Terms of Use for account use and refund rules.
Account and Order Information
No email address is required to register; an account can be opened with a username and password. VPNOPT processes usernames, password verification data, account status, and plan entitlements for authentication, login maintenance, and subscription delivery. An email address is not required to open an account. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction reference, and refund handling details. They are used to confirm payments, allocate entitlements, and review disputes. Issue descriptions and attachments in support tickets help resolve requests; before submitting screenshots, conceal sensitive information such as passwords, subscription links, and payment credentials.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNOPT does not record which websites users access through accelerated connections, or store browsing histories, destination domains, DNS queries, or communication contents. It does not create connection logs that can be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.
During a connection, session status used temporarily to forward traffic is only needed for the current connection and is not retained as historical connection logs after the session ends. Cumulative traffic, remaining allowance, and reset status used for plan billing are account entitlement data and must be retained to calculate usage, but are not linked to destinations or communication contents. Quantum encryption does not replace the need to protect account credentials and devices.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help understand page visits, referral sources, link clicks, and device and browser categories, so issues can be identified and the user experience improved. Analytics are limited to website interactions and are not used to record browsing activity through accelerated connections. Do not submit passwords or subscription credentials in URL parameters.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions and save language preferences and login status. The user panel can store login credentials in the current browser for later authentication. Users can restrict cookies, clear site data, or log out through browser settings; after clearing data, logging in again may be required and language preferences may reset. Clearing browser data does not delete the server-side account.
Payment Processing and Necessary Sharing
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party providers. VPNOPT receives the payment result and transaction reference needed to verify orders; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to support staff. The third parties' privacy policies and terms govern how they process transaction data.
Service providers involved in payment processing, infrastructure operations, or customer support may access data necessary to perform their duties, with processing limited to those purposes. VPNOPT does not sell personal information. In response to lawful data requests, it processes only the data it holds and only to the extent required by applicable rules.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and entitlement data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as required for reconciliation, obligations, and applicable laws. Website analytics are kept only as long as needed for analysis and troubleshooting; once those purposes end, the data is deleted or aggregated so it can no longer be associated with an individual. No fixed retention period is set without explanation.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data through the Support page or a user panel ticket. Account ownership must be verified before requests are processed. Records needed for pending orders, refund disputes, or legal obligations may be retained temporarily, with the reason explained. Deleting an account may also make its subscription and history unavailable.
Policy Updates and Communication
Policy changes will be posted on this page, and the updated month at the top will be revised. Significant changes to data use, sharing, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, simply updating this page will not replace it. If you have questions about this policy, submit a request through the Support page and provide only the information needed to address it.
